Favorite Toys for….Basic Concepts!

These toys are great options for targeting basic concepts including, COLORS, SHAPES, NUMBERS, PREPOSITIONS, FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS, CORE VERBS & NOUNS!

Additionally, these can grow with the child and be rotated in and out as they develop new skills! You may find that after it has been put away for a while, they interact with it differently!

    • They are brightly colored.
    • Have both a labeled number and dots to represent the number as well.
    • A good size for little hands.
    • The animals are hollow and can be used as finger puppets.

    • ADJECTIVES! You can describe the houses and the dinosaurs.
    • Opposites: SMALL, BIG, ROUGH, SMOOTH, MEAN, NICE
    • Lots of colors!
    • And great for imaginary play!
